Rock Fantasy Concert Shop is proud to host the Rock Fantasy IFPA Winter Pinball Open! Two tournaments, two days – Saturday January 25th and Sunday January 26th

Saturday – main tournament qualifying on a five game bank at 11 am last qualifier at 6pm. Top 12 make battle in head to head competition at 730 pm. Five dollar entry fee per attempt.

Sunday – side tournament match play at 12 noon with half points! Come out and challenge some of the best players in the northeast, fun! fun! Prizes from Stern Pinball and Jersey Jack Pinball.

Ken has been a long time supporter of Rock Fantasy and the NYC metal scene, and he came up to spend some time with the newly renovated store this year. 2013 was a good year for the shop! In march we enlarged the shop and opened the new pinball room. We hosted several tournaments in the new room including Stern Pinball NY launch parties for The Avengers, Metallica, and Star Trek. We also have held open mics and glassblowing demonstrations in the new room hosted by Alex Kates. We also hosted a number of in store appearances bringing into the shop Krisiun, Goatwhore, 3 Inches of Blood, Toxic Holocaust, Morpheus Descends, Prime Evil, Ramming Speed, Abnormality and others. We also promoted a concert series with Kal from Tainted Entertainment at the Chance Theater and at Sounds Asylum. We of course enlarged out smoke shop also to increase our inventory! And we brought back vinyl into the shop!! Rock Fantasy Motorsports was also alive and well in 2013 sponsoring the race teams of the Jablonka Family and Joel Murns along with holding an Orange County Fair Speedway ight and sponsoring races with Brett Deyo at Accord Speedway and the Eastern Sates 200 Hard Charger Award. 2014 looks promising already with an open mic set for next weekend Jan 10th through 12th, a special in store appearance with rock n roll legend Johnny Winter on Jan 19th between 4 and 5pm; and our annual IFPA Pinball Tournament weekend on Jan 25th and 26th.
